Do you take custom orders
Absolutely! Custom orders are our favorite — nothing makes us happier than bringing your vision to life. Whether you’ve got a clear idea in mind or just a spark of inspiration, we’ll work with you to create something truly personal and meaningful. Send us a message and let’s make it happen!
Can I change colors?
In many cases, yes! Some products can be customized with different color options, but availability varies. Please reach out before purchasing to confirm if your item qualifies — and note that a small custom fee applies to any approved changes.
Can you use my brand's colors?
Yes! We can match digital brand colors to the closest Pantone shade available (though exact matches aren’t always possible). A $10 custom fee applies for each paint color requested.
Processing Time
All items are made to order and typically ship (or are ready for local pickup) within 14 business days. During busier seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive tracking info or pickup instructions as soon as your order is ready.
Please note: Handwriting pieces and other highly customized items may take up to 4 weeks to ship or be ready for pickup. For these special orders, a digital mockup will be provided for your approval before production begins to ensure every detail is just right.
Grace + Honey is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, but we’re always happy to help track down your package if needed.
Do You Accept Returns?
Because each Grace + Honey item is handmade—often personalized and made just for you—we do not accept returns or exchanges. That said, your happiness matters to us! If there’s ever an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll do our best to make it right.
