Each Grace + Honey piece is thoughtfully handmade and one of a kind—just like the heart behind it. Because we work with natural wood, no two items will ever be exactly alike. Grain patterns, knots, stain absorption, and subtle textures may vary, adding to the unique charm of your piece. You may notice small saw marks or rustic details that reflect the handcrafted nature of our work—not imperfections, but part of the story each item tells. Every piece is made to order, just for you.

Because each Grace + Honey item is handmade—often personalized and made just for you—we do not accept returns or exchanges. That said, your happiness matters to us! If there’s ever an issue with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll do our best to make it right.

All items are made to order and typically ship (or are ready for local pickup) within 14 business days. During busier seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive tracking info or pickup instructions as soon as your order is ready.

Please note: Handwriting pieces and other highly customized items may take up to 4 weeks to ship or be ready for pickup. For these special orders, a digital mockup will be provided for your approval before production begins to ensure every detail is just right.
